HSC + Tutoring

Hey class of 2015, you may or may not know me but my name is Xin Lin Wong and I am offering tutoring in English Advanced (Hamlet) and Biology.

As a former SGHS student I am familiar to the stress and pressures of a selective high school so my tutoring is specifically targeted to those who were not a top notch student before.
My projected ATAR at the end of year 11 was 91.4 however my actual ATAR at the end of HSC was 99.15.

I was advised not to attempt 4 unit maths.

So don't worry if you screwed your first few assessments you can always make up for it. I was ranked 57th after my first 4U exam and 62nd for English.

At the end of year 11 I decided my goals were to become an All-Rounder, achieve an ATAR of 99+ and get into UNSW Medicine all of which I did albeit how unlikely it was. Along with becoming your tutor I will help you plan out how to study most effectively, time management and tips on achieving goals.

As Hamlet has not changed for your new syllabus I can provide exemplars and mark your work (I mark like Mr Michael) for you as I was 1 of 3 students to get full marks in the Hamlet assessment and again coming 1st in my class for Hamlet (Mr Michael's) in trials. I will mark your essays/paragraphs as much as possible for a one off payment of $35.

My rates for biology are $30/hour. My notes are a compilation of 3 text books and 3 other peoples notes and I am extremely good at explaining biology.

If you need help planning your life, changing your mind set or work ethic to become a better student I can give a one off session for $35 where I will help you work out what you want to do, your ATAR requirements, what ranks you will need, study techniques, time management. I will also check up on you.

I'm also selling textiles notes $15 lol cause that textbook is hella boring to read.

Central Park Shopping Centre is so nice it's so new and clean and so much vegetables growing like plants and so clean and nice omfg. 

Top level is like an interactive art exhibition which is so cute I think they change it every few months or something??!?!

There's also free pool table, ping pong table and fuse ball so coolios 

Added some kawaii to the art exhibition

KITTEN

Kitten won't respond to me and kind of jumped into bush thing because I scared it. I don't have food so I go upstairs.

FORGETS ABOUT SAVING KITTEN, finished curve sketching homework goes back down cat is in small ball sleeping so cute omg

Goes upstairs to get milk to bribe cat out. Cat is now extreme scared of me. I place mini container of milk and it jumps into bush thing again and then it came back out so I squirted milk near its bush area and then it ATE SOME ^____^ and then I squirted too much accidentally and it jumped again so my milk fell down and then this buzzing noise from like a bee, fly or mosquito came and that freaked me out so I backed off and it wouldn't come down after like 10 minutes of waiting so now I'm at home NOT WITH A KITTEN

Saturday 21/9
Kings Formal! The day started it off a bit weird because it was on the same day as the Matrix Seminar which I had booked so basically I ended up wearing Grace Hotel slippers and my formal dress around the city to walk to the place trolololol oh and I was sick from SGHS/SBHS social the day before. My lovely date picked me up from the Seminar (TROLOLOL) and we drove to his friend's pres in Manly and his house is like freaking nice ermahgerd. Then the hummer arrived (had no idea we were going in a hummer) and we got to the venue which was the Ice Palace at Luna Park or something like that. It was very blue inside but it was quite nice :) Then came food which was like mehhh better than what I had at year 10 formal and then I think I danced for like the whole night hohoho. So muchos fun! Afterwards went to afters at Meriton for a tincy bit and played twister and jenga before going homeee.

Stayed at home bummed around and cleaned my room watched Running Man for the whole day

Had tutoring with Angel ate a pork roll ^_^

Thursday 26/9
Had tutoring with Angel except this time we went to Fitness First at Townhall afterwards. I was on the treadmill for 40 minutes zzz and then the bicycle thingy and I think in total only lost 300 calories T_T
Then had dinner with mum at Sokyo because it was her birthday ^__^ Afterwards went to Daniel in the city because it was his birthday dinner and hung around for a bit. Happeh birthdeh to my mummy and Daniel hehehe

Bummed around for the whole day watching NCIS, SVU, Law & Order and crap. Then went to Black by Ezard for dinner

Went shopping in the city for school supplies and ended up getting a new
laptop ^___^ Macbook Air 13 inch hOHOHOEHUEHUEHEUHU happy x10000 which I am currently using to type this up :) Also bought lots of other school supplies but I still need to get textbooks and a whiteboard zzz

Woke up early for Wing Chun and was super tired for work at Supre zzz

Monday 30/9
Woke up early at 8 by myself to meet up with Jasmine to get our L's but then we ended up both having to go home because we didn't bring enough stuff and then got our L's zzz. Then drove me to Fairfield (trek) to look at cars and didn't end up going to DFO with Angel and Nish >:(
